Description
xA non-contact voltage tester serves as a key component in any electrical toolkit, allowing the user to verify the presence of AC voltage prior to working on an electrical installation or during troubleshooting without requiring physical contact with live electrical conductors. The Gardner Bender GVD-3505 LiveWire adjustable non-contact voltage detector features an On/Off adjustable sensitivity dial able to detect the presence of AC voltage from as low as 12 V to up to 600 VAC and provides both audible (beeping) and visual (360 deg flashing red light) indicators to alert the user of the presence of voltage. The fully insulated probe tip eliminates the risk of contacting live electrical wires while the patented battery check feature designed into the unit ensures tester and batteries are operating properly, virtually eliminating false negative readings. Applications include testing doorbells, low voltage lighting, security system wires, AC energized wires, outlets, switches, electrical panels and light fixtures. Quickly locates the hot terminals in receptacles. The unit includes a pocket-clip for secure portability. Tester is C/ETL/UL Listed, offers a 150 lb crush rating, Cat III 600 V rating and includes a 1 year warranty.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
